You should apply to the Zoning Hearing Board if you are appealing the decision of the Zoning Officer, filing for a Special Exception to the Zoning Ordinance, or filing for a Variance to the Zoning Ordinance regulations.
You should apply to the Planning Committee if you are filing for a Condtional Use, Curative Amendment, or a Zoning Amendment (Change of District).
